CAUTION (Decreased Visual Ability)

Despite optimum visual correction, one or both of your eyes do not achieve perfect eyesight (acuity) either routinely, or at least, periodically.  Feel confident that we have made every effort to provide you with your best visual ability.  As with other parts of our bodies, eyes may not attain the same level of function throughout our lifetime.
Since you are not achieving an optimal level of vision, I advise caution while driving unless we discussed avoiding driving at night.  I also recommend adequate lighting when performing near vision tasks.  You can also take breaks if you experience fatigue from continual use of your eyes.  In order to help preserve optimum visual ability, please follow my recommendation for your next advised examination.
